or overall grades of not less than "Very
Good".

and technology listed under the programme;
Scientifically and developmentally relevant research
proposal in a field of study under the programme. |

(with no Post Doctoral experience in the last
two years.

Scholarships for Post-Graduate

The scholarship are open equally to men and
women upto 45 years of age at the time of application.
Candidates should be citizens of beneficiary
countries as listed. They should, at the time
of application, hold a degree or equivalent
qualification with atleast upper second class
honours, (or CGPA 3.0/4.0) for Master's Programme;
and hold a Master's degree with good grades
for Ph.D programme.
The candidates must demonstrate verbal, reading
and writing proficiency in the English language
through on one of the following:-
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
Test administered by the International English
Language Testing Services (IELTS).
Proven of English Language Proficiency is desirable.
Applicants must be in good health, both physically
and mentally.

Applicants must be Commonwealth citizens or
British protected persons residing in countries
of the Commonwealth other than Malaysia.
Applicants must be graduate of a university
or College in their countries or holders of
an equivalent qualification.
Applicants must have a minimum standard of upper
second class honours or CGPA of 3.5/4.0 at bachelor's
degree level. In addition, applicants for Ph.D
must posses very good result at Master degree
in a similar field of intended Ph.D degree.
Scholarship will not be awarded to candidates
wishing to undertake undergraduate studies,
post-doctoral research clinical training or
second Master/Ph.D degree.
Scholarship will be valid for one degree only
and not eligible for continuation to a higher
degree. Applicants should have completed a relevant
qualification within the last five years preceding
the year of application. For those applicants
who had completed an appropriate qualification
more than five years ago, preference will be
given to those who can also show relevant, related
work experience.
