Eligibility
For Courses # 1,2,8,9,13 & 18
All the government officers working in federal economic ministries (planning, Finance & Economic affairs) and provincial planning and finance departments are eligible. Planning cells of provincial departments/autonomous bodies can also participate

The course on project appraisal consists of four Module, one in each quarter of the year (Course # 2,8,13 & 18). The participant nominated for module-I shall also have to participate in Module-II, III and IV. (This is mandatory)

Eligibility for Courses # 4,10,11 & 17
Only Project Director (PDs) who are handling projects with cost exceeding Rs. 100 million are eligibility to participate

Eligibility for Courses # 7 & 14
Only selected nominees of Planning and Development Division and line Ministries are eligibility to participate

Eligibility for Courses # 3,5,6,12,15 &16
All the government officers working in Federal, Provincial and District Government and Public Sector Organization (PSOs), autonomous/semi-autonomous bodies are eligible

 
Fee for Participation:
All the public sector/government organizations are exempted from course fee. However, participates have to make their own traveling boarding and lodging arrangement.

COMPUTER TRAINING COURSE ON MS-EXCEL (13-24 SEPTEMBER, 2006)

The Pakistan Manpower Institute, Islamabad is organization a Computer Training Course on “MS-Excel” from 13-24 September, 2006. The institute is not charging any fee for this course. However , TA/DA & accommodation facility, if involved, will be provided to the participants by their respective organization.

There is no fee for participation in PPMI courses, however, PPMI does not provide any traveling, boarding or lodging facility.
 
Three-day Training Course on "Capacity Building of HRDOs (Oot 03-05, 2005)
Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, Peshawar is currently planning to hold a three day Training Course on "Capacity Building of HRDOs " from Oct 03-05, 2005, We, therefore, invite you to nominate 2/3 officers (BPS-17 or above) keeping in view the relevant of the proposed programme to their jobs for participation in the Course.

There is no Course Fee, however, the participants will have to bear the boarding and lodging costs themselves. The Academy has accommodation facilities of its Hostels at nominal rates. There is also a well maintained Cafeteria running on no profit no loss basis. A medical officer and a dispenser cater to the medical needs of participants.

Training Course on "Communication Skill for Improved Organization Management"
from 19-24 Sept. 2005
No training fee is charges for this training course. However, TA/DA of thr participants shall be borne by the nominating agencies. Boarding and lodging facilities are provided in the Hostel located within the AHKNCRD&MA Complex on double occupancy basis @ Rs. 150/- per person per day without air conditioning. The participants on self-finance basis will make food arrangements while staff is available for necessary services.

Training Course on "Macro Economic Planning and Management"
Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Islamabad is organizing subject course for Planner, Analysts and Managers in the area of National Economic Management, commencing from 14th to 26th Nov. 2005 at PIDE's premises, Islamabad.

The course is amid at enhancing the ability of the participants to formulate and implement economic policy decisions more effectively and efficiently.

The course fee is Rs. 6000/- per participant to be paid in advance by the nominating department through a crossed cheque drawn in favour of PIDE, Islamabad. PIDE has no residential facilities, so participants will have to make their own arrangement for their stay in Islamabad.

Last date of application is 20th Oct. 2005 positively.
