The Provincial Pesticide Firms Registration Committee has visited pesticide firms already registered/seeking registration. The Committee found that Registered Pesticide Firms are not working as per Agriculture Pesticides rules/regulations and terms of reference on which Registration Certificate was awarded.

M/s. Al-Sher Agro Services and M/s. Aurega Chemicals who are registered with the department were directed to complete shortfall within one month otherwise their registration shall be withdrawn.

M/s. Best Chemicals Corporation who are seeking renewal of registration, their application is rejected and they are directed to windup their business within three months period, failing which strict action as per law shall be taken against them.

M/s. Edgro Chemical, M/s. Farm Eco Enterprises and M/s. Pan Pacific were directed complete shortfall within one month otherwise their registration shall be withdrawn. M/s. Edgro Chemicals is being functioning in residential area and located adjacent to sweet merchant was also directed to immediately close down their warehouse and shift it to a proper place.

M/s. Seba Agro Chemicals and M/s. Dada Jee Corporation who applied for fresh registration, their application has been rejected. They are advised to apply again after three months after fulfilment of registration requirements.
