Government of Sindh and Agriculture Department providing plots at Modern Sabzi Mandi on No Profit & No Loss Basis.

Acquire Plot on First Come – First Served Basis. (30% Reserved for Growers)

Rate of Rs. 560/= per Sq.ft. in respected of Sabzi Mandi at Northern Bypass Karachi.

Total area of the plot is 1000 Sq. ft. of which 400 Sq.ft. shall be used as open auction platform.

The ground rent for the plot shall be at Rs. 10/- per Sq.ft. per annum.

No application shall be considered without

Token money of Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand Only) in shape of Pay Order in the name of Market Committee, Karachi. (token money is refundable/adjustable towards occupancy value)

Allotment order shall be issued on payment of 25% of the occupancy value by the person concerned within 15 days after communication of acceptance of his application for allotment of plot.

The balance 75% of the occupancy value shall be paid by the allottee in Six equal Six monthly installments.

In case of default in payment of consecutive two installments the allotment shall, stand cancelled. The paid amount will be refunded after deduction of 25% of the paid amount.

All taxes, fees, charges, including property tax and maintenance/ service charges including electricity, telephone and gas charges shall be paid by the allottee to the concerned agencies.
